We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this brick home in Fort Worth. The project began with a full tear-off of the damaged asphalt shingles and an inspection of the underlying structure. Due to the condition of the existing surface, we performed a complete re-decking using new OSB sheathing to ensure a solid foundation for the new roofing system. For superior protection, we installed high-performance Armor synthetic underlayment and GAF StormGuard leak barriers. We finished the installation with new architectural shingles in a multi-tone grey palette, integrated TopShield ventilation, and replaced damaged white gutters and downspouts. This full restoration significantly improved the home's weather resistance and curb appeal.
