We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this residential home in Quinton. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing shingles to assess the integrity of the underlying structure. We identified and replaced multiple sections of water-damaged plywood and OSB sheathing to ensure a stable and secure foundation for the new installation. For maximum protection, we utilized TopShield underlayment and Ice & Water Shield to provide a robust moisture barrier across the entire deck. We finished the project with durable brown asphalt shingles, new drip edges, and a ridge vent system to improve attic ventilation. The final result included detailed flashing work around the skylight and plumbing vents to ensure long-term weather protection for the household.
