We completed a full roof replacement for this home in New Kent, Virginia. Our team began by removing the old, failing asphalt shingles and inspecting the underlying structure for moisture damage. We identified and replaced several sections of compromised OSB decking to ensure a solid and secure foundation for the new roofing system. We installed high-performance Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles in a multi-toned grey and brown finish. The project included the installation of synthetic underlayment, new pipe boots, and a ridge vent system to optimize attic ventilation and energy efficiency.
