We performed a complete roof replacement on this multi-story coastal residence to address significant shingle damage, including peeling and missing sections. After stripping the old materials, we installed new OSB sheathing where needed to ensure a solid and level structural foundation. To provide maximum moisture protection, our team applied a high-performance RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment across the entire surface. We finished the project with the installation of Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles, selected for their superior wind resistance and durability. Special attention was paid to the flashing and trim intersections along the complex rooflines and siding transitions to ensure a watertight seal. The final result included the addition of integrated ridge vents to optimize attic ventilation and long-term roof health.
