We completed an extensive multi-surface roof replacement on this complex commercial building to resolve significant leaks and structural deterioration. Our team removed failing EPDM membranes and addressed water-damaged rafters and interior ceiling sections before installing the new systems. We integrated two distinct roofing materials to match the building's architecture, including black membrane and architectural asphalt shingles.
