We completed a full roof replacement for this residence in Richmond, Virginia. Our team installed new architectural asphalt shingles across a complex roofline featuring multiple peaks, valleys, and intersecting planes. We focused on ensuring a watertight seal around the existing brick chimney and along all critical roof transitions. We used multi-toned slateline shingles in a blend of gray and brown hues to provide a textured and dimensional appearance. The project included the installation of new ridge caps with sealed fasteners and integrated metal flashing to protect junction points.
