We installed a complete high-efficiency HVAC system for this residence in Spring Valley. This project involved setting up a new Goodman central air conditioning condenser unit outdoors and a matching gas furnace in the basement utility area. We integrated the furnace with existing metal ductwork and installed new white PVC exhaust venting to ensure proper airflow and safety. The outdoor condenser was carefully positioned alongside the home’s vinyl siding, accompanied by updated electrical conduit and a new service meter base. These upgrades provided the homeowners with a reliable, energy-efficient climate control solution for year-round comfort.
