A homeowner in Marblehead reported a leaking outdoor spigot that was dripping both inside the basement wall and externally when activated. The issue indicated a failure in both the exterior hose bib and the interior shutoff connection. Fagone Plumbing, Heating & HVAC diagnosed the problem and determined that both components had deteriorated and were allowing water to escape.
