We installed a custom retractable fabric awning on the rear exterior of this Traverse City home. Our team mounted the unit securely to the light gray vinyl siding above the existing deck area to provide adjustable shade. The project involved a white retractable frame paired with a neutral beige fabric to complement the home's exterior aesthetic. This installation created a functional outdoor living space on the composite deck, allowing for immediate temperature control and UV protection near the back entrance and windows.
