Project Summary Blue Peaks Roofing completed a roof restoration and waterproofing project at the Taffy Shop in Estes Park, Colorado, with a focus on strengthening vulnerable areas and creating a durable, watertight roofing system. The project included the following work: Closed-Cell Spray Foam: Applied closed-cell foam to solidify and reinforce the wall areas while sealing gaps and penetrations to create a watertight surface. Primer Application: Installed a compatible primer over the existing roof substrate to prevent the underlying material from bleeding through and affecting the new silicone coating. Gaco S4200 Silicone Roof Coating: After all preparation and priming were completed, the entire roof surface was coated with Gaco S4200 Silicone Roof Coating, creating a seamless, weather-resistant membrane designed to provide long-term protection against moisture, UV exposure, and Colorado's changing weather conditions. The completed system strengthened and sealed the existing roof assembly while providing a continuous waterproof coating across the entire roof.
