This project focused on the balcony soffit and structural trim at this Atlanta property. Our team addressed deterioration of corroded metal flashing that had compromised the building's aesthetic and integrity. We replaced damaged wood planking and repaired the surrounding fascia to ensure a seamless transition between the masonry and the overhead structures. Such a clean finish!
