We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement on this multi-story lakeside home in Counce. After stripping the old materials, we identified and replaced compromised plywood sheathing and OSB sections around the chimney and eaves to ensure a stable foundation. Our team also carefully integrated updated skylights into the new system to eliminate previous leak risks and improve energy efficiency. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles over GAF FeltBuster synthetic underlayment for superior moisture protection and wind resistance. The project included precision flashing around the chimney and the inspection of gutter guard systems to ensure proper drainage in this heavily wooded environment. The final result provides the residence with a durable, high-performance roof that complements its natural surroundings.
