We completed a full garage floor transformation for this residential project in Madison, South Dakota. Our team performed extensive surface preparation, including mechanical grinding and industrial vacuuming to ensure a clean, porous surface for the new finish. We also carefully filled and repaired existing floor seams to create a seamless foundation for the final application. We installed a multi-layer concrete coating system in a Feather Grey finish, which features a durable gray and white speckled flake. The high-gloss coating was applied precisely around the floor drains and the perimeter to ensure a waterproof and long-lasting seal.
