We overhauled the concrete surfaces for this expansive residential shop and storage facility in Egan, South Dakota. Our team prepared the existing slabs by repairing hairline cracks and cleaning out control joints before performing a full-surface grind. We then applied a high-performance concrete coating across the main garage, workshop, and utility rooms. We used a multi-toned decorative flake system to provide a durable, high-gloss finish that withstands the weight of heavy motorhomes, boats, and utility vehicles. To enhance functionality, we integrated custom yellow safety striping for precise vehicle parking and organizational layouts. The final result is a seamless, chemical-resistant floor that significantly improves the light reflectivity and usability of the entire workspace.
