We completed a full surface restoration and coating for a residential garage in Sioux Falls. Our crew started by grinding the existing concrete to remove deep stains and repairing several hairline cracks across the floor. This preparation ensured a high-strength bond for the new protective layers. We applied a decorative chip system using a Feather Grey finish with 1/4-inch flakes, extending the coating to the interior entry steps for a cohesive look. The resulting surface is a durable, slip-resistant floor designed to withstand heavy use and automotive traffic. This renovation significantly improved both the utility and aesthetic of the storage and parking area.
