We completed a comprehensive Galvalume Half Round gutter and downspout installation on this multi-story residence in Petoskey. Our team utilized ladders and scaffolding to access the various rooflines and vertical surfaces of the home's white horizontal siding and board-and-batten extension. We ensured all water management components were securely fastened to the exterior to protect the structure and its foundation. We integrated vertical galvalume downspouts that complement the dark-framed windows and stone masonry foundation. The project involved working around existing features to provide a seamless drainage solution. This installation effectively directs rainwater away from the property, preventing potential erosion and moisture damage to the siding.
