We completed a major project in Hummelstown that involved constructing a two-story residential addition and a new multi-bay garage. Our team managed the full scope of work, including the concrete foundation, structural framing, and integrated roof installation. We built the structure to expand the home’s footprint while providing a seamless connection to the existing living areas and outdoor pool. For the exterior finish, we installed navy blue vinyl siding and GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Weathered Wood for long-term durability. We also constructed an elevated deck using Trex Enhance decking in Toasted Sand to create a functional outdoor transition. The interior was prepared with AdvanTech subflooring and vaulted roof trusses to maximize the new square footage. The result is a substantial upgrade that adds both utility and value to the property.
