We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this Merritt Island residence to address aging shingles and underlying structural damage. Our team performed a full tear-off, replaced compromised plywood and OSB sheathing, and repaired damaged soffit and fascia boards to ensure a stable foundation. We then installed a high-performance Polyglass Polystick TU Plus self-adhered underlayment across the entire deck for superior moisture protection. The final upgrade featured the installation of a durable standing seam metal roofing system and custom flashing integrated around the existing fieldstone chimney. To complete the project and improve water management, we mounted new seamless white gutters and downspouts throughout the exterior.
