We transformed an overgrown lot with existing gas pumps into a fully functional commercial facility for Mammoth Market. Our team managed the entire process from initial site clearing and grading to the final structural framing and interior installation. We performed extensive excavation for utility lines, including the installation of critical water, electrical, and drainage infrastructure. The structural work involved a mix of wood-framed walls, open roof trusses, and reinforced concrete footings to ensure long-term durability. We finished the exterior with protective vapor barriers and lap siding, while the interior was outfitted with specialized HVAC systems and commercial-grade refrigeration units. The project concluded with professional asphalt paving and parking lot striping to facilitate safe customer access.
