We replaced a weathered wooden structure with a custom-designed composite deck in Bethesda, Maryland. Our team performed the entire demolition and rebuild, carefully framing the new structure around a mature tree to preserve the natural landscape. We installed structural pressure-treated lumber and reinforced the foundation using concrete Sonotube footings for long-term stability. For the finish, we used high-performance composite boards and a decorative geometric lattice railing system. This new outdoor space now features a seamless transition to the existing stone patio and overlooks the garden pond. The final result provides a durable and aesthetically unique platform for outdoor dining and relaxation.
