We completed a comprehensive front yard transformation in San Diego, replacing high-maintenance mulch and dirt with a sustainable, drought-tolerant xeriscape. Our team utilized a mini excavator to clear the site before installing a brand-new irrigation system, including new valves and controller for improved water management. We also refined the entryway by setting flagstone in decomposed granite to ensure a clean, level transition to the home. For the final ground cover, we installed a dense layer of decorative river rock and small boulders to create a textured, low-maintenance finish. The planting plan focused on hardy species such as jade plants, cactus, and various succulents that thrive in the local climate. This project significantly reduced the home's water requirements while providing long-lasting curb appeal through durable materials and professional installation.
