We performed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for a two-story brick home in Flagler Beach. The project began with a thorough inspection of the existing asphalt shingles to identify leaks and structural concerns, followed by a full tear-off. We addressed significant wear and damaged sections, ensuring the underlying structure was sound before proceeding with the new installation. Our team installed high-performance architectural asphalt shingles and replaced damaged plywood sheathing to ensure long-term durability. We also utilized RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment for superior moisture protection and updated the gutter system to improve drainage across the multi-gabled roofline. The finished project provides the homeowner with a resilient roof that complements the home's design and protects the screened-in pool area.
