We completed a comprehensive residential roofing installation for this two-story home in Flagler Beach. Our team began by assessing the existing damage and then removed the weathered shingles to expose the roof deck. We performed a full teardown and prepared the structure for an entirely new roofing system. We installed new plywood sheathing where necessary and applied RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment for superior moisture protection. The project was finished with high-performance Duration Driftwood architectural asphalt shingles and new ridge vents to improve attic ventilation. This upgrade provided the property with a refreshed exterior and long-term protection against the Florida elements.
