This project includes wallpaper removal, wall preparation, and interior painting in the living room. The scope covers protecting floors and furniture, filling nail holes, sanding and cleaning surfaces, removing existing wallpaper and adhesive, skim coating walls for a smooth finish, applying primer, and painting the walls with two coats of Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint. The ceiling will also be prepared and finished with one coat of Sherwin-Williams CHB Ultra Flat paint. Daily cleanup and a final walkthrough are included to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
