Repaired rotted exterior siding on the side wall of a home in the Lamplight Village neighborhood of North Austin. Years of moisture had destroyed a section of the original T1-11 wood siding, exposing and threatening the wall framing behind it. I cut out the failed siding, inspected and addressed the framing, and installed new T1-11 wood siding to match the existing wall. The repair was finished with Sherwin-Williams Latitude exterior paint for a clean, weather-tight, color-matched result that protects the structure and blends into the surrounding wall.
