The customer reported a thermostat self-cycling issue even while set to off, and our technician inspected system operation, cleaned coils and drain lines, checked refrigerant levels, adjusted Nest thermostat programming, added refrigerant to the upstairs 410A system, and identified needed repairs for the downstairs condenser fan motor, transformer, and UV bulb.
