We performed a comprehensive commercial roof restoration and interior repair project at Bartlesville High School to address significant moisture intrusion. Our team identified and addressed compromised sections of the gravel-ballasted flat roof, including jagged membrane tears and aging roof penetrations. We focused on securing the building envelope to protect the school's classrooms and high-profile athletic facilities. The scope of work included repairing the gray roofing membrane, replacing fibrous insulation layers, and applying new mastic sealant around critical structural components. We also replaced water-saturated suspended ceiling tiles and addressed interior wall damage to restore the educational environment. These targeted repairs significantly improved the facility's durability and long-term weather resistance.
