We completed a full garage floor coating project for a residential property in Sioux Falls. We started by mechanically grinding the existing concrete surface to remove stains and ensure proper adhesion for the new system. Our team also addressed concrete expansion joints to create a seamless and durable foundation before applying the final finish. We installed a decorative chip system using the Cabin Fever colorway, featuring a 1/4-inch multi-colored flake blend of gray, white, and black. The result is a smooth, slip-resistant surface that protects the concrete from automotive fluids and wear while significantly improving the garage's aesthetics. This new floor provides a low-maintenance solution that will withstand heavy use for years to come.
