We installed a Sunesta retractable awning for this Petoskey home to provide shade and protection for the existing outdoor living space. The project involved measuring the clearance on the rear of the grey vinyl siding and securely mounting the retractable system over the raised composite deck. The homeowners selected a durable grey and white striped fabric pattern to complement the home’s exterior and white railing system. This addition transformed the deck into a functional, all-weather area for dining and relaxation regardless of the sun's intensity.
