We completed a backyard transformation in Petoskey featuring a new composite deck and a custom shade solution. Our team installed a Sunesta retractable awning over the main seating area to provide on-demand sun protection and temperature control. We also built a durable tan composite deck with boards laid in a diagonal pattern to enhance the aesthetic of the outdoor living space. The retractable awning features a blue and white striped fabric that complements the existing gray horizontal vinyl siding. We finished the deck perimeter with white trim and a surrounding bed of white landscaping gravel for a clean, low-maintenance transition to the yard. These upgrades significantly improved the functionality of the home's exterior, creating a more usable and comfortable patio area.
