We transformed this Durham home's outdated pergola and bare concrete slab into a fully screened porch built for everyday use. Our team removed the old pergola and constructed a new sloped roof structure, along with custom railing and a screen door to keep the space open to the outdoors while keeping bugs out. All pressure-treated wood posts were capped to prevent moisture intrusion and rot, ensuring the structure holds up over time without the maintenance headaches of exposed lumber.
