We completed a comprehensive deck resurfacing project for this residence in Sanford. We removed the weathered existing boards and replaced them with fresh pressure-treated lumber to ensure a stable and long-lasting outdoor space. The scope of work included the installation of a new staircase and a matching railing system with vertical balusters. We utilized high-durability decking and updated the foundation with dark-toned lattice skirting to provide a clean, finished look beneath the structure. The new stairs were built to improve access and safety, replacing the older, worn-out steps. This upgrade transformed the backyard area into a functional and reliable space for the homeowners to enjoy.
