We completed a comprehensive flat roof replacement for this residence in Los Ranchos De Albuquerque. Our crew began by stripping multiple layers of foam and pumice from the main house and garage. They also removed the tar and gravel roofing on the remainder of the house. All necessary repairs to the decking were done prior to starting the installation. Our team installed an EPS taper slope to the areas of the roof that didn't drain properly. On the remainder, we installed fanfold insulfoam underlayment. To ensure long-term weatherproofing, we updated the pipe flashings and the chimney flashings and installed new drainage scuppers throughout the roof.
