We completed a comprehensive commercial roofing project at the municipal city hall in Broken Arrow. Our team removed the weathered, existing roofing material and installed a new black rubberized membrane system across the expansive flat roof surface. We performed detailed sealing around multiple HVAC units and mechanical penetrations using white mastic and elastomeric coatings to ensure a watertight finish. The installation included new PVC drainage piping and reinforced metal flashing to improve water runoff and prevent future leaks. These upgrades provide the building with a durable, weather-resistant barrier designed for long-term performance.
