This Spring Lake deck was given a complete refresh to restore its appearance and protect it from the elements. Our process began with thoroughly power washing all surfaces scheduled to receive stain. Proper cleaning is essential to remove dirt, mildew, and weathered material, allowing the stain to properly penetrate and perform as intended. Once the surfaces were cleaned and ready, we applied two coats of stain to provide enhanced color, durability, and long-term protection. Areas included in this project: • Deck surface • Built-in bench • Deck railings • Hot tub steps • Exterior shed surfaces • Lattice panels In addition to the staining work, our team installed brand-new lattice around the perimeter of the deck, giving the space a clean, finished appearance while improving the overall look of the outdoor living area.
