We completed a comprehensive structural restoration on this residence in Hernando following a significant roof and porch collapse. Our team began by securing the site with emergency tarping and removing debris before rebuilding the damaged framing, rafters, and roof decking to restore the home's structural integrity. We installed new architectural asphalt shingles and repaired the white vinyl siding and soffits to match the existing exterior. The restoration concluded with the installation of a custom tongue-and-groove ceiling on the porch, featuring new recessed lighting and ceiling fans. This project successfully stabilized the structure while providing a major functional and visual upgrade to the outdoor living area.
