This Sunset Beach, NC roofing project involved repairs to multi-story brick townhomes, including removal of damaged roofing materials and replacement of compromised roof decking. RGR Construction and Roofing inspected the underlying structure, replaced damaged plywood and OSB sheathing, and prepared the roof system for improved strength, moisture protection, and long-term durability. The completed work helped restore the townhomes’ roof performance while improving protection against coastal wind, rain, humidity, and everyday weather exposure.
