The roof was completed using Westlake Saxony 900 concrete roof tile in Blend Charcoal, installed over Malarkey Right Start UDL synthetic underlayment to create a durable waterproofing system beneath the tile. Throughout construction, our crew coordinated closely with the painters, stucco contractors, window installers, plumbers, deck builders, and other trades to help keep the project moving while ensuring every roofing detail was completed at the proper stage.
