We completed a full commercial roof replacement on this multi-tenant retail property in Memphis, Tennessee. Our team removed the existing weathered roofing and installed a new high-performance white TPO membrane across multiple roof levels. We focused on ensuring a watertight seal around the numerous rooftop HVAC units, vents, and utility penetrations. To provide a durable foundation, we utilized GAF EverGuard TPO and DensDeck roof boards, adhering the insulation with specialized adhesive patterns for maximum stability. We also installed new white metal coping and flashing along the parapet walls to enhance the building's weather resistance. The finished system provides improved energy efficiency and long-term protection for the tenants below.
