We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation in Cary, North Carolina, focusing on full siding replacement and critical structural remediation. Our team identified and repaired significant wood rot within the fascia, window sills, and brickmolds before installing James Hardie Smooth Beaded siding and new black raised panel shutters. We also updated the home’s entryway with new French doors and installed low-maintenance white vinyl railings on the front porch. In the backyard, we built a new pressure-treated wood deck designed for long-term durability and outdoor functionality. This phase of the project involved pouring concrete footers and installing a matching railing system to create a cohesive look. The final result resolved all moisture-related issues while providing the homeowners with a refreshed and weather-resistant exterior.
