We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation in Chapel Hill that involved resurfacing an existing deck and updating a screened-in porch. Our team replaced weathered wood with new pressure-treated lumber for the decking, stairs, and built-in bench. We also addressed structural trim issues by replacing deteriorated fascia boards and reinforcing the porch framing. For the porch, we installed new screen panels and a durable black metal screen door to improve both visibility and airflow. Safety enhancements included the addition of non-slip treads with high-visibility strips on the stairs and integrated deck lighting for better navigation. This project successfully restored the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the home's outdoor living areas.
