We completed a full concrete floor transformation for a screened-in lanai in Riverview. We started by assessing the slab with moisture meters to ensure proper adhesion before mechanically grinding the surface to remove imperfections. Our team then repaired expansion joints and cracks to create a uniform foundation for the new finish. We applied a durable, Pumice flake polyaspartic floor coating that completely revitalized the outdoor living space. This multi-step process utilized industrial-grade grinding and dust extraction systems to ensure a clean and professional bond. The finished floor provides a slip-resistant, easy-to-clean surface that significantly improves the functionality of the porch.
