We performed a comprehensive tile roof replacement for this two-story home in Merritt Island. The project began with the removal of weathered and cracked concrete tiles that had reached the end of their lifespan. We stripped the structure down to the decking to address any underlying wood damage and ensured a solid foundation before proceeding with the new installation. We installed a high-performance Mid-States Quik-Stick HT underlayment and updated all metal flashing to ensure a watertight seal at the chimneys and roof-to-wall transitions. The project was finished with dark brown textured concrete barrel tiles that provide both superior durability and a classic aesthetic. This new roofing system provides long-term protection against the coastal Florida elements while significantly enhancing the property's curb appeal.
