We completed a full exterior painting project for this board-and-batten cottage near the Michigan shoreline. Our team addressed significant peeling and weathering on the vertical wood siding and restored the cabin's signature vibrant trim. We performed extensive surface preparation, including scraping old paint chips and repairing deteriorating window sills and casings to ensure a smooth finish. Using a crisp white for the siding and a custom Sherwin-Williams teal for the windows and doors, we revitalized the structure’s appearance while providing essential protection against the elements. The final result preserves the classic cottage charm with a clean and durable finish.
