We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Albuquerque, transitioning the property to a durable white TPO membrane system. The project began with a complete tear-off of the previous roofing materials to inspect the substrate, where we identified and replaced multiple sections of water-damaged OSB and plywood decking. Those areas were repaired with new wood. For added structural integrity, another layer of OBS was installed over the existing decking. By addressing these structural issues at the source, we successfully resolved the interior ceiling leaks that had been impacting the residence. We installed a high-performance TPO roofing system over an EPS taper system to assist drainage. Our crew performed precision flashing around the stucco parapet walls and carefully sealed all penetrations, including HVAC units, plumbing vents, and skylights. An operable, energy-efficient glass Velux skylight replaced the old acrylic skylight.
