We installed custom Sunesta motorized Sentry screens on a sprawling wrap-around porch for this Saint Ignace residence. Our team performed precision measurements of the existing white timber supports and railing system to ensure the hardware integrated perfectly with the deck architecture. We focused on adding versatile shade protection to the home’s primary outdoor living space while keeping the area insect-free. The screen material provides significant sun control and privacy without sacrificing the property’s expansive waterfront views. By utilizing a low-profile installation method, we maintained the aesthetic of the porch’s blue beadboard ceiling and classic white trim. This retractable system now allows for a fully protected environment that can be adjusted in seconds to suit changing weather conditions.
