We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this home in Springfield. Our team stripped the existing roofing layers to inspect the underlying structure, where we identified and addressed sections of deteriorated wood decking. To ensure a stable and level surface, we installed new OSB sheathing over the original wood planks to create a solid foundation for the new roofing system. We then applied CertainTeed RoofRunner synthetic underlayment to provide a high-performance moisture barrier across the entire roof. The final installation utilized CertainTeed Landmark Pro asphalt shingles in the color Max Def Weathered Wood, which refreshed the exterior of the property while significantly improving its weather resistance. We also integrated new ridge vents and metal flashing to optimize attic ventilation and ensure the long-term durability of the installation.
