We completed a full roof replacement on this single-story home in Springfield. Our team performed a complete tear-off of the aging asphalt shingles and deteriorated flat roof membranes, allowing us to inspect and repair damaged rafters and replace rotted fascia boards and worn OSB sheathing. We installed high-performance synthetic underlayment, new CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Max Def Evergreen, and a durable rolled roofing system for the flat sections. We finished the project by installing new metal flashing and drip edge to ensure the roof remains weather-tight. The updated roofing system provides the home with improved structural integrity and long-term protection.
