We completed a comprehensive restoration and structural upgrade of this multi-level wooden deck. Our team performed structural reinforcements to the existing joists and posts before installing a modern glass railing system with vertical wooden supports. We also integrated new white aluminum gutters along the exterior edges and routed electrical conduits for updated outdoor lighting and power access. For the finish, we used Benjamin Moore exterior staining products to refresh the wooden surface, moving from a weathered look to a solid, uniform aesthetic. The project also involved ground-level masonry work, including the installation of a stacked stone retaining wall and a concrete paver walkway. This renovation significantly improved the safety and visual appeal of the home's outdoor living space while preserving the structural integrity of the elevated balcony.
