We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Falls City. The project involved stripping the failing asphalt shingles down to the original wooden deck to address underlying structural issues. Our team replaced sections of damaged OSB sheathing and installed Tri-Built synthetic underlayment for superior moisture protection. We utilized gray architectural shingles to provide a modern look and long-term durability. To complete the system, we integrated new turbine ventilation and reinforced the flashing around the red brick chimney to prevent future water intrusion.
